These terms govern your use of airankingskool.com, the AI Ranking free and premium communities, our courses and live sessions, the DataWise SEO tool, and any free resources or downloads we offer (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

AI Ranking ("AI Ranking", "we", "us") is an education community and software business that teaches business owners, agencies and freelancers how to win in AI search through SEO and GEO. Our communities and courses are hosted on the Skool platform, and DataWise is our AI-assisted SEO software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. The Services are intended for business and professional use.

3. Your account

Access to the communities and courses runs through a Skool account, and DataWise is accessed through your member login. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred or sold.

4. Membership, billing and renewals

  • Paid membership is billed through Skool (which uses a third-party payment processor) on a recurring basis and renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from your Skool account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices, plans and included features may change. We will give notice of price changes before they apply to your next renewal.
  • Your use of Skool is also subject to Skool's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Refunds

Paid memberships are covered by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please read that policy for who is eligible, what is covered and how to request a refund. Outside of that policy, payments are non-refundable.

6. DataWise

While your membership is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DataWise for your own business. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-export, resell, sublicense or redistribute DataWise or its output as your own product or service.
  • Reverse engineer the tool or use it to build a competing product.
  • Use automation or bots to extract data beyond normal interactive use, or exceed any usage limits we set.

DataWise relies on third-party data sources and AI models. SEO metrics such as search volumes, difficulty scores, rankings and AI-visibility estimates are approximations provided "as is" for guidance, not guarantees of accuracy. The tool may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not share, copy or republish your account, paid lessons, recordings, templates or community content with non-members.
  • Do not resell, redistribute or republish our courses, templates, software or DataWise output as your own.
  • Be respectful in community spaces. No spam, harassment, self-promotion outside permitted areas, or unlawful conduct. We may remove members who abuse the community, with or without notice.
  • Do not use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

All courses, lessons, templates, software, branding and content remain the property of AI Ranking or its licensors. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your membership is active, for your own business only. If you post content, questions or feedback in our communities, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services.

9. Results disclaimer

We teach methods that work for us and our members, but SEO and AI search results depend on many factors outside our control, including the search and AI engines themselves, your market and the effort you put in. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic, leads or revenue. Member wins shown on this site and in our communities are real but are not typical, not promised and not a guarantee of your results.

10. No professional advice

The Services are educational. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make for your own business.

11. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on third parties (for example Skool, our payment processor, email and hosting providers, and the data and AI providers behind DataWise), and our site and content may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content of sites we link to, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Ranking will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

13. Changes

We may update the Services and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify members. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your membership. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or our community guidelines. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at AI Ranking's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer laws require otherwise.
