AI Ranking ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It covers airankingskool.com, our free and premium Skool communities, our courses, DataWise and our free resources. By using these Services you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name and email when you join the community or sign up for a free resource (such as the AI Search Kickstarter or SEO Action Plan), your community profile and anything you post in the community, and messages you send us for support.
• Billing information: when you join a paid membership, your payment is processed by Skool and its payment processor. We receive confirmation of your subscription and limited billing details. We do not collect or store your full card number.
• DataWise inputs: the domains, keywords, competitors and projects you enter into DataWise so the tool can return SEO data for you.
• Information collected automatically: usage data such as pages visited, links clicked and features used, plus device and approximate location data, collected through cookies and standard analytics.

How we use it

• To provide, run and improve the community, courses and DataWise.
• To deliver the content, lessons, resources and updates you signed up for.
• To process and confirm your membership and provide support.
• To send you marketing emails about our content and offers, where permitted (you can opt out anytime).
• To keep the Services secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing membership and the Services), for our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services, and marketing to existing customers), with your consent (for example optional cookies and email sign-ups), and to comply with legal obligations.

• Google (Analytics 4 and Search Console) - to measure site usage and search performance.
• Data and AI providers behind DataWise - to return SEO metrics and AI-assisted analysis on the inputs you provide.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the Services.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to those obligations.

Your rights and choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Access, correct, export or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it.
• If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
